Spinal Energetics is an experiential, body-based approach that works with your body’s innate intelligence, giving you space to explore sensations, tension, emotions and patterns held within you.
It suits anyone curious about how the body holds stress and life events. No prior experience is needed. In clinic, you lie on a treatment table while Michael works with your breath and along your spine, with light touch or none. You might notice warmth, tingling, movement, stillness or feelings surfacing. Whatever comes up is welcome, with no need to talk it through.
Online sessions run by video, anywhere in the world. You lie on a mat at home.
